Yurt Rental
Reserve space at Experience Learning for a private getaway in the middle of the wilderness by renting out our yurts. We are currently renting our entire facility to individual families/cohorts. With your rental we offer rustic accommodations with scenic views and remote tranquility just below the highest point in West Virginia. Visitors have the opportunity to hike, run, bike, stargaze, cave, or simply enjoy the luxury of solitude. This is the perfect getaway for wilderness adventurers and astronomers.

What’s included:
*The yurt rental comes with exclusive use of our bathhouse, dorms, and kitchen facilities.

Ulan Bator, our concentric yurt, houses a kitchen, dining area, upstairs library, and a third level Aerie “a yurt within a yurt”. The Aerie has a double bed as well as a huge skylight.

Pricing:
The facility rental rate is $250 per night for the first four people and then $30 for each additional person per night.

There is a two-night minimum stay.

Private Guiding
We also offer guiding! Are you excited to get out and explore? Let us help! We can offer private guiding to you and your family. Options include hiking, orienteering, and survival skills. This would be a 4-6 hour adventure and is $30 per person with a minimum number of 5 participants. Minimum of two weeks advanced notice to secure guide.
