Vacation Rentals at Experience Learning

Reserve space at Experience Learning for a private getaway in the middle of the wilderness by booking one of our yurts. The individual yurts are available during the spring, summer and fall while the main yurt is rented as a private space during the winter months.

The yurts are situated near the boundary of the Monongahela National Forest and just below the summit of Spruce Knob Mountain. During your stay here you can enjoy the plentiful opportunities of trout fishing, caving, hiking, star gazing or just relaxing on our scenic 400-acre campus. Access to a communal kitchen and shower facility is included.

When you choose to stay in our larger, concentric yurt during the winter, you will have the opportunity to backcountry or cross-country ski, snowshoe, sled, or simply enjoy the luxury of solitude. This is the perfect getaway for winter wilderness adventurers. Visitors must snowshoe or ski in to the facility during inclement weather events.

We also have tent camping locations available on both our Spruce Knob and Sweetwater Farm campuses.
